Job Description

  • Handle any administration matters such as membership, events, activity etc
  • Act as customer service and follow up any member inquiry
  • Liaise with any third parties that club engaging such as district, other club, hotel, event organizer, institution etc
  • Manage preparation of all club programs such as meeting or other activities.
  • Follow up payment of membership due and member contribution in any event or activity
  • Update membership profile in Rotary website, journal, etc
  • Support all BOD, chairs and advisor in any club related activity
  • Focal point for any administration, follow up, update of Club,
  • Make club reporting for activity, MOM, financial and expense.


  • Customer centric, pleasant personality and able to speak English
  • Assertive, follow up and get thing done
  • Enjoy doing detail activity and social work
  • Able to use Computer, Microsoft office and Internet
  • Communicative, mobile person and great planner
  • Education D3 preferably with secretary background with some work experience
