- Handle any administration matters such as membership, events, activity etc
- Act as customer service and follow up any member inquiry
- Liaise with any third parties that club engaging such as district, other club, hotel, event organizer, institution etc
- Manage preparation of all club programs such as meeting or other activities.
- Follow up payment of membership due and member contribution in any event or activity
- Update membership profile in Rotary website, journal, etc
- Support all BOD, chairs and advisor in any club related activity
- Focal point for any administration, follow up, update of Club,
- Make club reporting for activity, MOM, financial and expense.
- Customer centric, pleasant personality and able to speak English
- Assertive, follow up and get thing done
- Enjoy doing detail activity and social work
- Able to use Computer, Microsoft office and Internet
- Communicative, mobile person and great planner
- Education D3 preferably with secretary background with some work experience
